Fully Tees Return Guide

Returning a Fully Tee is just as easy as ordering one. We have a 100% exchange/refund policy within 14 days from delivery.

1. Return Process:

1. Pack the t-shirt in the original box. If you don't have it, no problem. Pack it in a strong envelope instead.
2. Make sure your Tee is absolutely unused, and the tags are intact.
3. You can keep extra gifts like biscuits, pencils, pens, etc. - whichever is applicable.

2. Request a Return:

1. Go to https://www.fullytees.in/apps/return_prime.
2. Enter your order number and email address or phone number.
3. In the next step, you can raise a return request.

3. Refund Initiation:

1. Once your Tee reaches our warehouse, we will do a formal inspection.
2. Once we confirm that the Tee is unused and has no damages, we will process the refund promptly through your original payment method.
3. If you ordered Tee on Cash On Delivery, our team will contact you and collect your bank account details, GPay, or PayTM number. Then we will process the refund promptly.
